If you’ve decided that Busses Farm is the perfect place for your wedding day, here’s how to ensure you can secure the date that suits.
Step 1: Pay a holding deposit
You can hold a date for up to 28 days via a holding deposit. The holding deposit is £250.00 and is non-refundable.
Step 2: Pay the booking deposit
To secure your booking we then require payment of £1000.00 as a deposit minus the holding deposit if already paid.
Important: Bookings are NOT secured and confirmed until this deposit has been received! This sum is non-refundable.
Step 3: Make the next payment
A further 50% of the total balance if payable 4 months before the date of your wedding.
Step 4: Make the final payment
Final balance is payable 28 days before the date of your wedding.
The final balance is the total cost of the booking plus any extras.
Payment can be made by cheque, cash, or BACS transfer.

We will set up and organise all things hired and paid for prior to your arrival.
Additional staff, wood and smaller items may be requested on-site and paid for direct to a member of staff.
Beauty treatments need to be booked in advance with our very own therapist.
Cancellation & refunds
If, regrettably, you need to cancel your booking, we require 12 weeks’ notice.
All deposits are non-refundable.
Final payments are only refundable if received within the appropriate notice period.
