We have two Stag and Hen party venues to choose from… depending on your numbers and plans, you might want to book them both!
The Granary
Sleeping space for up to 10:
– one double room
– two twin rooms
– two double sofa beds in shared space
Full size fully equipped kitchen with microwave and American style fridge-freezer
Unlimited parking
Includes use of enormous roof terrace with view of the whole farm and the reservoir
Bed linen and towels for the number of people on your booking
Two bathrooms, including accessible shower on the ground floor, use of washroom for additional toilets and showers
Washing machine

The Studio
Sleeping space for up to 12:
– four dormitory doubles
Kitchenette with tea and coffee making facilities, microwave, fridge
One bathroom / wet-room, use of washroom for additional toilets and showers
Unlimited parking

Bed linen and towels for the number of people on your booking
Sound proof dressing and makeup room
Includes use of party room in which music may be played until late – so you can dance till the sun comes up
Use of barn, by arrangement at an additional cost for dining and games

Book all indoor accommodation
Booking both party spaces means that you can sleep 22 people onsite for your celebration. You’ll basically have the whole farm to yourselves.
Yurts may be available in April and October, but we make no guarantees for seasonal weather reasons, so we suggest that you have 22 as your maximum for planning purposes. If your booking is in April or October, we’ll let you know nearer to the time if the numbers might be stretched by having extra guest in the yurts.
Book barn time as an extra
The Barn is available to add on to your booking in 4 hour slots, which we think of as half days: either Afternoon hire or Evening hire.
If you’re hiring both party spaces and you would like to have the barn on both evening slots of your party days, we’ll give you full use of the barn for the whole weekend (Fri – Sun) at a heavily discounted rate.
Please note:
All party guests must be accommodated on the farm within the numbers on your booking. We regret that – for reasons of health and safety and fire regulations you may not bring additional people to the party.
